Historically the society has planned for a ‘mini’ tour in the UK, perhaps to one of the great cities, Glasgow or Liverpool for the galleries or museums, or to a region of England where we can visit great houses and discover more about local history and heritage.

In addition the programme would normally include a ‘grand’ overseas tour.  In 2023 the tour was to Granada, Cordoba and Seville and was very much enjoyed by all.

All tours are booked with a company that has a national reputation for organising group tours.  The accommodation is always in a quality hotel, and all visits are guided by expert guides.
